  1. When you order services or register on BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC products., we may need you to provide your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card or checking account information.
  2. When you elect to be included in our opt-out or other information blocking program(s), we may need you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: your full name, e-mail address, mailing address, social security number, date of birth, past addresses and aliases. The opt-out program will not ensure that your personally identifiable information found in public records will not be disclosed. If you voluntarily submit your information for the purpose of not having your information distributed, it will only be used for that purpose and for no other purpose.

3. Does BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. have security measures in place to protect my information?

BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access. User personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have specific access rights to such systems. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Should it be necessary to transmit your personally identifiable information to a reputable third party vendor to: (1) fulfill our service commitment to you, (2) include you in our opt-out program, or (3) process your credit card, BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. will require all recipients of such information to maintain the information as confidential information, use the information for the limited and intended purpose and agree not to disclose such information to third parties.

4. Will BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. disclose the information it collects from its visitors to outside parties?

Yes. BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. may sell, lease or rent personally identifiable information collected on the site in any form, including but not limited to order forms and opt-out program requests.   

   BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. may send your personally identifiable information to third parties in any of the following circumstances.

When:

  1. We have your consent, or
  2. We need to share the information you provided for the purpose of fulfilling our service commitment to you, or
  3. 5. Can BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. remove information about me from BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. reports?

BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC., accesses numerous third party databases to gather information for our estimated replacement cost reports and values. We may or may not maintain the databases used in our searches. We may access separately maintained third party databases to collect information for the reports we provide.

If you would like to remove yourself from BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. reports you can do so by joining BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC.'s opt-out program. The opt-out program covers reports that contain non-public record information (sources like information compiled from magazine subscriptions) that is available for sale to the general public. BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. will use good faith efforts to help prevent your non-public record information from being distributed when you opt out. We cannot provide any assurance that information that is otherwise public record information, such as tax records or your property characteristics, will be withheld. 6. Does BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. use "cookies" or pixel "tags"?

Bluebook may use “cookies” or pixel “tags”.  Cookies are bits of electronic information that a Web site can transfer to a visitor's hard drive to help tailor and keep records of his or her visit to the site. Cookies allow Web site operators to better customize visits to the site to your individual preferences. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet and many major Web sites use them. BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. may use cookies to help provide you with a better experience on our site; however, we do not store personally identifying information in cookies.

7. Can I access the Personal Identifying Information that is collected during my visit?

BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. provides property valuation and estimated replacement cost services by conducting searches of information on databases owned and maintained by third parties. For conducting this service, BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. charges its customers a fee depending on the level of service requested.  BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. does not provide any services free of charge. Customer may not review the information available to BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. through the information databases owned by third parties without paying the appropriate fee.

When you purchase BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. services, participate in the opt out program, or voluntarily provide contact information, BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. collects and stores your personal identifying information in our internal customer databases. In these instances, BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. collects and stores personal identifying information including, but not limited to your name, address, business name if applicable, payment information, email address, residential characteristics, telephone number, and similar information. BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. provides access to the personal identifying information collected in this manner and offers you the opportunity to review and correct inaccuracies of your personal information. In order to review or correct personal identifying information collected in this manner, you must send a written request to BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. including: (1) your name, complete address, purchase date and order reference if a purchase was made; (2) your complete name, address and any additional information you originally supplied for the opt-out program; (3) your name and email address if you elected to receive materials from BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC.. BLUEBOOK INTERNATIONAL INC. will process your request to review or correct your personal identifiable information within 30 days of receipt.
